It goes into the reservation management app and displays on your dispatch screen. If the request is due soon your linemen get a text message. Nothing falls thru the cracks, your team is prepared and meets your customer's needs on time.

How it works

: Your customer submits an arrival or departure request on your website or dedicated Rampware page.

: Linemen on duty receive a text message alerting them to the new reservation.

: A confirmation email is sent to the customer.

: A notification email is sent to the FBO team.

: The request is automatically entered into your Ramp Manager.

: Your lobby display is updated with the new reservation

When the request has been fulfilled, mark it as complete and it's removed from the display.
